After India lost, West Indies won the second one-day match by 6 wickets to tie the series.

Barbados's Bridgetown (AP) — Following a disastrous batting collapse by the visitors on either side of a rain delay on Saturday, West Indies captain Shai Hope and Keacy Carty led their team to a six-wicket victory against India in the second one-day international of a three-match series to tie the series.

Hope hit an unbeaten 63 off 80 balls and Carty had 48 not out in a 91-run partnership to push West Indies to the 182-run mark with more than 13 overs to spare after India collapsed to 181 all out. Since December 2019, it was West Indies' first ODI victory over India.

Without Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, who were rested, Gudakesh Motie and Romario Shepherd each got three wickets for the home team, India.
